No Place For Hate is an anti-bias awareness program that helps create and sustain an inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and accepted.

Maple Point Middle School has been recognized as a No Place For Hate School by the ADL. The club meets twice a month after school from 3:00 to 4:00 on Wednesdays in Room C211. Students who join the club sign a Resolution of Respect promising to treat others fairly.

Meetings are extremely flexible and if a student belongs to another after school club they may still join NPFH. At our meetings one of our five advisors share lessons about diversity, acceptance and how to empower themselves against bullying. Club members are responsible for planning  3 awareness activities geared towards getting the entire school to involved. No Place For Hate is a great place to build friendships and leadership skills. Students learn to communicate openly and respectfully in a judgment free zone. One of the most remarkable things about being a part of this club is having the opportunity discover that YOU can make a difference and YOU matter!

If you would like to learn more about the after school club  contact one of the advisors listed on the contact page for more information.
